Members of the Asociación de Marketing de España (MKT), Asociación Iberoamericana de Marketing, Academy of Marketing Science, Association Francaise du Marketing will be charged the same fees as AEMARK members. Only valid for scholars from non-Spanish universities

PAYMENT

Payment by credit card: Through the registration platform.

Payment by bank transfer: To pay by bank transfer, you must first register on the registration platform. Once the transfer has been made, send the proof of the transfer to aemark25@aemark.org

The account number where the transfer should be made can be found in the registration platform.

If an author presents a communication (paper, work in progress or poster) with several authors, only the presenting author must pay the conference fee.

If the other authors do not attend the Conference, then they do not need to pay. However, if they also attend the conference, they will have to pay the Conference fee.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled before June 30th will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the Conference Technical Secretariat: aemark25@aemark.org. Refunds will be made one month after the end of the Conference.
