Types of papers

Three types of papers are accepted at the conference: papers, working papers and posters.

  1. ‘Paper’ refers to an original research work, having completed in all its phases.
  1. Working papers’ is considered an original work related to a research project with a medium or long term completion period. It is essential that the work has a structure of goals, methodology and foreseeable contributions of the study.
  2. ‘Poster’ refersto an original research work, whether completed or not, in which the authors seek a different format for interaction with those attending the Conference. The aim of the poster is to stimulate person-to-person discussion about the poster author’s research. Authors will interact with attendees by standing next to the posters on the assigned day and time.
  • The online submission platform will be used for each submission. All identification details must be completed.
  • The submission platform will open on March 24th and will close on May 2nd. Submissions by e-mail will not be accepted.
  • In the case of multiple submissions signed by more than one author, a separate valid registration is required for each author. At least one different author per submission must attend the Conference.
  • Failure to comply with the submission guidelines will result in the rejection of the submitted paper.
  • The review process is structured by conference tracks. Authors decide in which track their paper will evaluated, although the Organizing Committee may assign the manuscript to a close track to optimize the work of the Scientific Committee.
  • All submissions will be subject to a single round double-blind review system. The review will be coordinated a by Track Chair, who will resolve any disagreements between the two reviewers.
  • All authors agree to review two papers for the conference, in addition to the review by the Scientific Committee.
  • Once the review process is completed, the management system will send the final decision.
  • Once the papers have been accepted, the authors will decide whether the full paper document, the abstract or no publication at all will be published in the conference proceedings. The Organizing Committee will contact the authors of accepted papers to inform them of this.
  • To be published in the proceedings, authors must have be registered and paid the conference fee before July 22nd.

Files must be written in Microsoft Word format (version 2003 or higher). Images, tables, and figures must be included in the Word document in the appropriate place.
A single file must be submitted as follows: A blind version with title and without any indication of authorship.

Authors may submit papers written in Spanish or English. Submissions of papers written in English implies that the author will present the paper in English.

Maximum extension

Papers: 15 A4 pages including text, tables, graphics, appendices and bibliographical references (cover included).

Working papers: 5 A4 pages (cover included)
Posters: Related to the submission for acceptance Two pages (cover included) stating title, goals, status of research, methodology and results, if any, at the time of submission

Second line: Title corresponding to the figure or table concerned

Posters

The final poster must not exceed A0 size (84cm x 120cm.) with vertical orientation. The following sizes and fonts are recommended:

Papers and working papers

  • Try to be in the classroom where the session will take place about 10 minutes before the session starts.
  • Load your presentation onto the computer. You can download it from the internet, but it is better to have it on a USB stick. The classroom will have a projector and a computer with a recent version of Microsoft Office, a PDF document reader, a browser and an active internet connection.   • Please note that the sessions will include multiple presentations. Authors of papers and working papers will have a maximum of 10 minutes each, plus 5 minutes for Q & A.

Posters

  • Authors do not need to bring a printed poster with them. The Organizing Committee will be responsible for printing the poster. The poster must be sent in PDF format to aemark25@aemark.org before Monday, 1 September 2025. Posters received after this date will not be printed.
  • The poster must not exceed A0 size (84.1×118.9 cm) in vertical orientation.
  • The posters will be exhibited in the hall of Facultad de Economía y Empresa (Floor 1) on Thursday, 18 September 2025, so that the participants will have the opportunity to see them.
  • The panels for displaying the posters and the material for hanging them will be available in the hall.
