The Gala Dinner costs 150 € for those who are not registered for the Conference but wish to attend the Gala Dinner.

The Gala Dinner is included for those who have paid the Conference registration fee. In this case, no additional payment is required.

To proceed with the payment, you must log in again to the congress management website with the username and password used for registration and pay using a credit card.

If an author presents a communication (paper, work in progress or poster) with more authors, only the presenting author must pay the Conference fee.

If the other authors do not attend the Conference, then they do not need to pay. However, if they also attend the Conference, they must pay the Conference fee. In other words, everyone who attends the Conference pays the Conference fee.

Registrations cancelled before 30/06/2024 will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the registration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat of the Conference: Carlota.Lorenzo@uclm.es. The amounts will be refunded after the month following the end of the Conference.
