Presentation guidelines

Guidelines for presenting papers and work in progress

Here are some general guidelines that may be useful to prepare your presentation:

  1. Try to be in the classroom where the session is going to take place approximately 10 minutes before the start time of the session.
  2. Upload your presentation to the computer. You can download it from the Internet, but it is better to have it available on a USB stick. The classroom will have a projector and a computer with a current version of Microsoft Office, PDF document reader, browser and Internet connection enabled. If any speaker has additional needs, please contact congreso.aemark@uclm.es
  3. Note that the sessions include several presentations. Authors of papers and works in progress will have a maximum of 15 and 10 minutes of presentation time, respectively, plus 5 minutes for for Q & A.
