Dear colleagues:

The University of Castilla-La Mancha is hosting, at its Cuenca campus, the 35th edition of the International Marketing Conference of the Spanish Association of Academic and Professional Marketing (AEMARK), from 11 to 13 September 2024.

On behalf of the entire team of the Organising Committee, made up of scholars from all the campuses of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, we are pleased to give you a warm welcome to the Conference, which we are preparing with enthusiasm and excitement.

Our aim is for AEMARK's most important annual event to once again be the meeting point for the most brilliant minds in marketing research, as well as offering a scientific forum in which to share learning with colleagues, interact through the latest research developed in the area, without losing sight of the important personal aspect, which is a long-awaited reunion -every September- for the entire team that makes up the AEMARK.

The School of Social Sciences of Cuenca is a young and dynamic centre, which hosts the Conference with the immense honour of being the venue for the most important scientific marketing event in our association, held for the first time at the University of Castilla-La Mancha.

The fortified historic city of Cuenca was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO on 6 December 1996 and has a tourist offer that has become a national and international benchmark. In addition, last year 2023, the city was awarded the title of "Spanish Capital of Gastronomy". For all these reasons, we hope that you will enjoy an enriching experience, both in terms of tourism and gastronomy: Cuenca is waiting for you with open arms!

In short, it is a privilege for the Organising Committee of the University of Castilla-La Mancha to organise this Conference: we invite you to send your contributions, which will allow us to put together an academic and scientific programme highlighting the most important findings in our discipline.
